We no longer take custom cake orders, but we’ve got the next best thing—beautifully baked, ready-to-go cakes made right here in our bakery! We keep a rotating stock of 2-layer 6" cakes in vanilla, chocolate, funfetti, and carrot, complete with a variety of frosting flavours and colours. Each one is baked on-site and kept frozen for freshness—just thaw and celebrate! We also have half-dozen packs of vanilla, chocolate, and funfetti cupcakes that are perfect for any occasion.

Can I cancel my order?
We totally get it—plans can change! But because we begin preparing orders shortly after they’re placed, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made within 15 minutes during business hours, or by 9:30am the next day if the order was placed in the evening.
After that, your order will already be in the works and we’re unable to offer refunds, credits, or cancellations.
Need to adjust your pickup or ship date instead? No problem! Once your order is processed, we’re happy to hold it for pickup or reschedule your shipping day to better fit your schedule.

Can you hold an cake or box of cupcakes?
We don’t offer holds without an order and payment. It’s strictly first come, first served around here!
As soon as you’re ready, place your order online and we’ll have it packed and ready for pickup. Or take your chances and swing by the shop—we do our best to keep our freezers stocked with cakes and cupcakes, but they can go quick!

Do you offer local delivery?
Not on the regular—but maybe! While we no longer offer same-day local delivery as a standard service (our small team is busy baking up a storm!), we’re happy to explore options. If you need a delivery within Barrie or even to Toronto, just send us an email with the details and your order—we’ll do our best to make it happen. For everything else, we offer overnight shipping via UPS, which is perfect for our baked treats like brownies, Hello Dollies, cookies, and more.
When will my order ship?
We ship all our goodies via UPS Overnight to keep things fresh and fast!

We include coolers and ice packs with all refrigerated and frozen items to help keep them cool in transit. While frozen items may arrive thawed, they’ll still be safely refrigerated and ready to pop back into the fridge or freezer when they land.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive updates every step of the way—from the moment you place your order to when it’s packed, shipped, and out for delivery.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your goodies right to your doorstep.
How will frozen & cooler items arrive?
Your frozen and refrigerated goodies will be packed in an insulated cooler bag with at least one ice pack (larger orders get more!).
Orders are shipped overnight, and while frozen items may arrive thawed, they’ll still be cool and safe to pop right into your fridge or freezer. We’ve packed them with care to keep everything as fresh as possible!
Do your baked goods contain any nuts?
Yes — we are not a nut-free kitchen. We regularly bake with almonds, peanuts, pecans, and cashews, and while some items are made without any nuts, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
