Includes a reusable insulated liner and reusable ice pack. We include multiple liners and ice packs on larger orders. Please note that these are designed to help keep frozen items refrigerated during overnight deliveries. During the summer months, frozen items will likely arrive thawed but refrigerated. If you are not comfortable with this than we recommend that you pick up your order.
