You’ll need:

  • 3 cups pizza crust mix (plus ¼ cup extra for rolling)

  • 11.5 oz warm water

  • 1 tbsp cane sugar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Mix: In a bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and olive oil. Pour into the dry mix and stir with a spoon or your hands until a dough forms.

  2. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  3. Prep: Preheat your oven to 500°F. Split the dough into two equal balls.

  4. Roll: On floured parchment paper, roll each dough ball into a 12" round crust.

  5. Top: Brush with olive oil and layer on your toppings.

  6. Bake: Bake for 18 minutes until golden, crispy, and irresistible.
