6 Steps to Refilling

  • 1. Bring Your Clean Containers

    Glass jars, plastic bottles and tubs —whatever you’ve got (as long as it’s clean and seals well). Please no cloth bags. Fill up on eco-friendly home and body products and pay by weight. No container? No problem—we’ve got some available to purchase. Shop online for refills, bottles, and zero-waste essentials.

  • 2. Weigh Your Containers (Tare Time!)

    Head to the tare station first. We’ll weigh your empty containers and write the weight on them. This step ensures you’re only paying for what you fill.

    WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO TARE A JAR? Taring means you record the empty weight of your container so it’s not included in the final price. That way, you're only paying for what’s inside—not the jar or bag it came in. Every gram counts!

  • 3. Fill'Em Up

    Explore our wide selection of pantry staples, snacks, spices, cleaning supplies, and personal care products. Take only what you need—100g or 1kg, it’s up to you. Everything we offer is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and high quality.

  • 4. Label Your Products

    To avoid any mix-ups at home, label your containers as you go. We offer printed labels for many products—use those, or grab one of our markers to write it on yourself.

  • 5. Check Out

    We’ll subtract the weight of your container at the register so you only pay for what’s inside.
