2 cups oat milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Mix: In a bowl, whisk together oat milk, vinegar, and oil. Let sit for 2 minutes.

Combine: Add wet mixture to waffle mix. Using hand beaters or a whisk, mix until smooth — but don’t overmix.

Cook: Pour approx. 1 cup batter per waffle into your preheated waffle iron.
